Quality Policy


The quality policy applies to all work carried out at Rafeyri and thus encompasses all employees, representatives, and contractors working for the company. It also covers all data that the company produces. With the quality policy of Rafeyri, the company aims to support continuous improvement in its operations by emphasizing well-defined processes and responding appropriately when deviations occur.


The purpose of the quality policy is to present the values that Rafeyri aims to achieve in its quality goals, which are consistent with the overall vision of the company.

Quality Policy

  1. The company only takes on projects that match the skills, knowledge, and abilities of its employees and that it can ensure proper control over the relevant facilities.
  2. The company places emphasis on understanding the needs and expectations of the customer at the beginning of the project, maintaining good and informative communication during execution, and ensuring the customer's satisfaction upon completion.
  3. There is nothing in the company's actions or measures that catches the customer off guard.
  4. The company's employees receive training and have the necessary skills to carry out the tasks assigned to them. The managers recognize and enhance the employees' skills and assign tasks to them according to their abilities at any given time. Employees work in safe and environmentally friendly conditions and enjoy the best possible working environment.
  5. The company annually identifies hazards and conducts risk assessments for the safety and overall environmental impact of its employees and operations, taking into account the requirements of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration and A-Quality Assurance SI.
  6. The company's managers work towards building a quality management system in line with the Quality Assurance SI.
  7. The managers are knowledgeable about the laws and regulations related to the company's operations and business environment, and strive to examine each project, educate and guide employees on legal actions.
